Caravan Park Design & Caravan Park Development
Brighthouse is arguably the most experienced holiday park and caravan park consultancy in Western Australia. Specialists in caravan park design, we have designed and project managed the development and upgrades of many of the premier holiday properties in the State.
We believe that successful developments are all about achieving positive visitor experiences. As former owners and operators of holiday accommodation we know what is required to provide unforgettable holidays for your current and future clients. And, most importantly achieving an adequate return on investment.
The Brighthouse team will tailor our services to meet your needs - from feasibility studies, planning and concepts to full caravan park design and project management. We stay with our clients after the construction phase assisting with marketing and operations planning and implementation.
Brighthouse has developed the proprietary Caravan Park Development Analysis Model which is a useful tool for producing feasibility reports. It projects financials on a month by month basis, during and post construction phases, and provides future rates of return, which are essential for project funding. We research competitors by local government area and region as well as benchmarking to similar properties. This ensures that projected occupancy and yields for our projects are as accurate as they can be.
Contemporary and innovative architectural design, by our highly experienced team which includes architects, civil, electrical and hydraulic consultants, ensures high repeat visitation to our clients’ properties and makes them workplaces of choice.
Brighthouse conducts extensive market segmentation studies to provide the right product mix for our clients’ developments. We build flexibility into our designs, so that the properties have wide market appeal. Seasonality is offset by careful attention to product mix and high occupancy units such as holiday-sited cabins are included where appropriate.
